The AltCorner Team Chat with Annisokay, the amazing German 5 piece Metal/Rock Band who are set to release their debut album, Devil May Care on 11th of November. We caught up with the band to discuss the work so far on the brand new album...
Cardiff-based rock group Calling Apollo have created another dynamic album, followed up from their 2015 EP 'Hunter Gatherer'. The EP includes 6 polished and unique tracks which are throbbing with melodies and vocals. The sound of the album is rich in breathtaking lyrics and emotion, this has to be one of the best upcoming albums of 2016.
Three-piece alternative rock group The Decoy have just released a seriously groundbreaking album called Avalon. With every song showing striking vocals, as well as experimental instrument use, which was one of my favorite things about this album. Each track shows a raw, unique sound which I've never heard before making it endlessly-playable.
The album continues to display new and raw material from the band. It's definitely something that should be heard by everyone, track by track.
Five-piece rock band Mallory Knox stood out to me so much at Slam Dunk South 2016. As this was the first time I've been to SD, it was a pretty big deal for me, including being surrounded by many of my favorite bands and artists.
Drawing comparisons from Mallory Knox and Saosin throughout the five hard-rocking songs that appear on this EP. Cardinal Bay are probably one of the best post-hardcore newcomers of 2016.
Hit The Lights' latest EP 'Just To Get Through To You' was released on the 6th of May 2016. I had never heard of this band before they released this acoustic EP, which is definitely worth a listen if you're a fan of the Pop-Punk vibe.
