Architects – All Our Gods Have Abandoned Us

Architects, are a five piece hardcore band from Brighton, formed over a decade ago back in 2004, the band have now finally released their epic seventh album, 'All Our Gods Have Abandoned Us.' And if you're a big fan of their previous album, 'Lost Forever // Lost Together' then you'll definitely be a fan of this eleven track killer.

Upload Festival 2016

Before I start my review I would like to say that the UK needs more festivals like this one. It is rare that you will see such a great line up on a festival bill, especially one that has some of the best unsigned / DIY bands in the UK, so with anticipated excitement I took the long drive down to Wakefield for the first ever Upload Festival at Warehouse23.

Hacktivist release Hate video

Milton Keynes genre bending quintet Hacktivist are gearing up for their support slot with Issues and Slam Dunk appearances with the release of new video Hate. The video was filmed and directed by the band's bassist Josh Gurner on a budget of around £10 and during the band's days off and lunch breaks from their day jobs.

We Chat To Faultlines Vocalist Christina Rotondo!

FAULTLINES are a six-piece melodic metal band from the UK. They released their debut EP 'All We've Ever Known' on the 15th April 2016. 'All We've Ever Known' sees Fautlines take on unique dual vocal harmonies of singers Christina Rotondo and Jake Noakes. The band certainly have a bright future and Ruby chatted to vocalist, Christina Rotondo about their formation, the future and performing live!

Valleys Soundfest 2016

Valleys Soundfest is an alternative music festival that is held by students on the Music Technology course at Coleg Y Cymoedd. Each year the festival benefits a chosen charity, the past couple of years it has been the charity Love Hope Strength Foundation UK. The festival showcases up and coming artists, both locally and nationally as well as college bands.

The People The Poet @ Undertone 14/05/16

Although small, tonight went well. It is nice to see a packed club, showing that people still enjoy actual live bands. All acts were outstanding. The People The Poet, The Broadcasts and Vince James all showed that true talent really does still exist.

Andy Black @ Tramshed, Cardiff

Cardiff's newest live music venue was the destination for the Welsh leg of Andy Black's Homecoming Tour and quite shockingly, the sun was out! Andy released debut solo album The Shadow Side on the 6th May, a very different direction from his Black Veil Brides day job but a great release!

Swn Festival announces first acts for birthday celebration

South Wales' premier music festival Swn Festival is celebrating it's tenth anniversary in 2016! The three-day festival of music and arts runs from October 21-23 across several venues in the capital and features a whole host of Welsh talent as well as up and coming names from across the UK.

Eat Me announce new video

What do you get when you cross Paul Simon, Metallica and drunk Weezer? The answer is punk quartet Eat Me. The quartet are currently on tour with Milk Teeth and have released a new track Big Love, the accompanying video being heavily inspired by Metallica's Nothing Else Matters.
