Vol 1 EP sees The Ready Set returning with a record of Summer anthems that you can imagine yourself having on a summer playlist. No Halos has an odd electro instrumentation to kick the EP off with, it gives a bit of a trippy vibe but works well with the vocal melodies. It’s a track that you can either dance to or just relax to, depending on your mood it works for almost anything. Real is ridiculously catchy and has a US road trip feel while Let U Go would fit right in with the current dance trend. The stand-out moments on the EP are definitely Jordan Witzigreuter’s heart-melting smooth vocals.
