Face Your Maker are a new American deathmetal/deathcore band on the scene with their debut album Ego: Death. Despite this being a hard area to come into in music with other huge bands like Traitors, Black Tongue, and Gift Giver, they have absolutely destroyed it coming in with strong lows and ferocious highs. This is a band that clearly know what thy’re doing. In one of their new songs ‘Kings Amongst Thieves‘ they open up with some very strong lows and slow to medium paced instrumentals while maintaining very strong deep vocals. Throughout this album they reach incredible lows and highs, pigsqueals and would easily be mistaken for a high professional deathcore/deathmetal band who have been around for years. This album has come in very, very strong and is ideal for any hardcore metal head who’s looking for something new and dangerously clean and professional to add to their collection. This band will go very very far if it maitains this hugely high level of quality and professionalism. I personally look forward to more of their work and seeing them live.
