Diet Cig are set to release their debut album “Swear I’m good At This” April 7th. The duo who met in New York in a very unique fashion, began playing music together in 2014. Who would’ve thought that Alex asking Noah for a lighter would lead to these individuals making great music together?
If the cover art is what you judge the music by, (and lets face it we all do it sometimes) this album is sure to get you wondering. With what looks like could have been a globe, yet somehow is a knitted quilt of shapes this album art is sure to catch your eye.
The 12 track EP is full of relatable stories and pop-punk bangers that are sure to bring back memories, the tracks may help you create new memories as well. Such powerful emotion is felt through the vocals, a roller coaster of emotion as the tempo picks up and slows down throughout each track. Luciano’s voice is sweet against the melodies that are played and makes for an amazing listen.
