We here at AltCorner work closely with some of the best new upcoming artists around and what better way to showcase these acts than to create an EP of our favourite tracks right now! Safe side are about to Blossom

Essex pop-punks Safeside are set to release sophomore EP Blossom on July 15th. The EP is a collection of infectious and energetic tracks combining pop-punk and alternative rock.

Waterparks – Cluster

Not a lot has been mentioned of Waterparks over this side of the pond just yet but with the release of EP Cluster on May 27 (just in time for their Slam Dunk festival appearances and London headline show!) they are hoping that is about to change.

Under the Spotlight – Highlives

They say their main inspirations and idols are, The Wonder Years, Seaway, The Story So Far, Neck Deep and A Day to Remember. - Good selection of bands, eh? So if you like any of those it's well worth giving Highlives a listen!

Miami Monroe – Knots & Crosses (EP)

This EP was such a great listen, the band certainly have a lot of big things ahead of them. Hopefully they follow up with a new EP soon with tracks as great as they already have.

Tiny Moving Parts – Celebrate | Track By Track

Formed by brothers Matthew and Billy Chevalier and cousin Dylan Mattheisen, from Benson, Minnesota. The album gives you a major pop punk feel across the 10 tracks and Kirsty gave her thoughts - track by track!

Illinois' pop punkers Real Friends are continuing to fuel the hype surrounding forthcoming Fearless Records album The Home Inside My Head (out May 27) with the release of the video for album track Mess.

Hit The Lights' latest EP 'Just To Get Through To You' was released on the 6th of May 2016. I had never heard of this band before they released this acoustic EP, which is definitely worth a listen if you're a fan of the Pop-Punk vibe.

Upon Celebrating their 20th Anniversary since starting the band, SUM 41 has announced their signing to Los Angeles’ Hopeless Records. This will mark the band’s first album in five years, following up 2011’s Screaming Bloody Murder.

Gearing Up For Camden Rocks Festival!

The festival season is about to start, so get your camping gear ready, book those camper vans and don’t forget your suntan lotion or extra clothes for the mud and rain…..if that’s your thing of course. But, if you prefer the cover of a good old music venue that helps to keep live music alive, then June 4th is the date for your diary. It’s the Camden Rock festival.

Kerrang Awards nominations announced

At a laid-back pre-party featuring performances from Muncie Girls, Heck and Creeper, Kerrang! announced the nominations for this years Kerrang! Awards via a live seance. The awards ceremony will take place at London's Troxy on June 9 and for the first year, will feature live music from Asking Alexandra and more to be announced.
