The Story So Far brought their high-energy ‘I Want To Disappear in the UK’ tour to The Waterfront in Norwich for an unforgettable Hallowe’en show.
Kicking off the night was Angel Du$t. I’d listened to a couple of their songs before the show, and while they didn’t initially grab me, I knew teenage Kayleigh would’ve loved them. But once they hit the stage and launched into ‘Toxic Boombox’, I was sold.
The crowd were energetic, the band members were leaping around, and the whole performance had this contagious energy. Frontman Justice Tripp handed the microphone to a member of the crowd during ‘Set Me Up’ and they belted every word, proving there were some hardcore Angel Du$t fans in the crowd.

By the time The Story So Far took the stage, the room was nearly packed. I’ll admit I was a little disappointed at the lack of Hallowe’en spirit—no fake blood or spooky touches from the band. But as soon as they launched into ‘Big Blind’ one of my favourite tracks, that didn’t matter to me. Being in the photo pit, I felt a mix of adrenaline and a hint of nerves as the crowd behind me looked ready to dive over the barrier.

The band and the crowd were bouncing off each other, with everyone in the room enjoying the presence of each other. The entire night consisted of heartfelt singing, crowd surfing and a whole lotta love. The setlist leaned heavily into the new album, giving fans a fresh, live show.

They closed the set with ‘Nerve’, another personal favourite, and it absolutely delivered. This was my third time seeing The Story So Far live, and somehow, they just keep getting better each time.
