INK. Appeared on the scene in March with their debut EP Heaven and May sees the trio out on their first UK tour. Tonight in Cardiff, we are treated to a brilliant evening.

Opening with Fever, INK.’s vocalist/guitarist Todd Dorigo shows off his silky smooth vocals and old-school rock ‘n’ roll guitar lines. Bassist Dougie Poynter provides the between song laughs, putting on accents and joking about how they play better in rehearsals. The stage and size of the venue are a world away from what he is used to with McFly, but he brings the same level of energy and enthusiasm, running around the small stage with a huge smile on his face. A cover of ABBA’s Lay All Your Love On Me (written by INK., Todd quips) is received with a huge sing-a-long.

While INK. May only have four songs out, there are more in the works and we were treated to some of them tonight in a set that is nothing short of brilliant. The trio are extremely talented and this is shown throughout the set. INK. Are a band that are going to go far.
