With an impressive start to 2018 already, Whenyoung release ‘Pretty Pure‘ following the bands debut single ‘Actor.’
YALA! founder Felix White has spoken about working with the Limerick trio: “We are so proud to be putting out the first Whenyoung 7”, firstly because it’s pretty miraculous for a band to be making such infectious pop music at such an early stage, but also because they have the rare touch of subtly letting you know there will also be so much more to come.”
The band only have two singles released so far but have made a big impression, performing alongside some iconic artists such as Bono, Nick Cave, Sinead O’Connor and more for Shane Mcgowan‘s 60th birthday celebration earlier this month, they are now getting ready to cover a number of support slots through spring.
‘Pretty Pure‘ will be launched through Yala! records as a limited edition 7″ which can be pre-ordered here.
