Brit alt-rockers Thumpermonkey have revealed details of their new album! Make Me Yount, Etc is set for release on October 26 through Rockosmos!
To celebrate, the Londoners have revealed their new single Veldt! Guitarist/vocalist Micchael Woodman says; “When I originally came up with ‘Veldt’, I’d been listening to the inscrutable nightmare soundscapes of noughties Scott Walker, (particularly tracks where he would take something sweet and add uncomfortable drones – emotional resonances that were difficult to process in terms of words like ‘happy’ or ‘sad’). I wanted to do something like that. This is technically a love song.”
