The Bottom Line are currently writing their forthcoming album and will soon release a new single, ‘Insecure’, to give us a flavour of what they’ve got coming. Alongside whispers of plans regarding tours and new music for 2016, it’s an exciting time to really see what these guys have got up their sleeves.

About The Bottom Line:
Matt, Callum & Max have been playing music together since school in a variety of projects. Ranging from Punk to Metal to Emo Rock, the guys spent ages really trying to define their sound and find the right people to make it with. That’s when , in 2011, they formed The Bottom Line.

Spending hours in one another’s garages, writing music and finding their sound, The Bottom Line’s first taster was the EP ‘Outdated’. A highly energetic EP, recorded in their college and with enough dick jokes to come straight out of Blink 182’s ‘Cheshire Cat’ album, the trio really found their music received best live.

This is when they decided to grow up, but only a bit, and release ‘Another Pop Punk EP’. A crisp recording with an equally high level of energy, this EP was a real player and a lot more hard hitting. Clearly maturing, people started listening, the 5 track EP really showed potential for these guys, with songs ‘Stupid’ and ‘A in Punk Rock’ becoming particular fan favourites.

A year later, after several DIY tours around the UK, TBL released their debut album ‘Role Models?’. Enjoying the nostalgic feel of their classic pop punk sound blended with modern influence, this album really launched the band into the unsigned scene, achieving tours with bands including Bowling For Soup (Erik Chandler) & Patent Pending, as well as international exposure across Asia.

Following the free release of their tribute album ‘Covered in Punk’ in 2014, TBL have been squirrelled away working on their debut album.

Hi I'm Gareth, A foolish Welshman that has found himself living in Scotland. I adore live music and this all started back in University when a friend dragged me along to my first gig and I saw Travis. From then on I spent a lot of time going to see bands from rubbish uni bands that had formed one drunken night to the mighty Blur. When I finished uni there was a 10 year gap between gigs (long story). Now though, on any given day of the week I can be found in the venues of Glasgow. With regards to my music taste I love anything with great lyrics and heavy drums. When I was younger (and still am) I was obsessed with a band called Alisha's Attic.
When not at a gig I will be found at my computer playing games like Prison Architect, Hearthstone and Wolfenstein.
