After the success of their their self-titled EP, Helpless are back to deliver more of their noise rock/ grindcore/ hardcore vibes with ‘Ceremony of Innocence’.

The band told TeamRock that the song is a slightly sarcastic one about the masks people wear when interacting with others, and working as a habit rather than necessity.

This single comes before the release of their debut album, ‘Debt‘ which will be available on 8th September, and has us already craving the 10-track album which will no doubt be brilliant.
