Brisbane’s Columbus know how to love as well as lose. In the runup to the August 26 UNFD release of incredible debut album Spring Forever, the punk trio are charming their way into the hearts of the world as they give us a Daffodil.
Vocalist/guitarist Alex Moses says of the track; “I wrote Daffodil a few months before recording, and it’s one of my favourite tracks on the record. It’s a song about not feeling worthy of someone’s love and affection, and being a burden on those whom you’re closest to.”
You can listen to the track below;
Also theres some good news for us in the UK, with the announcement that the trio are heading to our shores for the first time this autumn as support for Brit pop-punkers Roam!
Alex speaks of the tour; “And we’re super excited to be able to take our music overseas to the UK. We’ve never been to that part of the world, and we can’t wait to have some tea, crumpets and warm beers with the lads in Roam, and Like Pacific”
