UK Bruisers Idols Of Apathy return with a new single ‘Bipolar‘. The track is taken from the band’s stunning sophomore EP ‘Life Lessons‘, out on Friday 4th December.

Idols Of Apathy are a highly dedicated six piece that create a sound, with colossal riffs and pounding beats, that is both dominant and ear shattering. The band ink truly forceful cuts, delivering their tech metal beatings with the real vigour and rampant passion that demands and commands attention.

Vocalist Jack Dervish comments “The track was written and fuelled on my bipolar disorder. It’s something that during the writing process of this track, before it was named, had me writing things that I haven’t said for a long time. I was hurting people I didn’t want to hurt and I was having the full effect of bad luck, bad timing with bad thoughts, all at once. The music itself contains our most angriest and positive parts of the EP and in all honesty when writing it I didn’t notice but everything in this track is purely me at my best and worst.

Hi I'm Gareth, A foolish Welshman that has found himself living in Scotland. I adore live music and this all started back in University when a friend dragged me along to my first gig and I saw Travis. From then on I spent a lot of time going to see bands from rubbish uni bands that had formed one drunken night to the mighty Blur. When I finished uni there was a 10 year gap between gigs (long story). Now though, on any given day of the week I can be found in the venues of Glasgow. With regards to my music taste I love anything with great lyrics and heavy drums. When I was younger (and still am) I was obsessed with a band called Alisha's Attic.
When not at a gig I will be found at my computer playing games like Prison Architect, Hearthstone and Wolfenstein.
