The craziest moment was being able to hear the final product of our first song, we were all
very proud of it.
Deepest lyric one of your songs features?
Our Second single, which will be out in April. Has some very deep lyrics in it, my favorite
from that song is:
When I saw your starlet eyes
I locked inside
you’re branded in my mind
Easiest song you wrote?
Our Single “Hate Yourself” was the easiest to write, the verse and chorus were written in
less than 5 minutes!
Favourite song in your set?
We love to play one of our originals that isn’t out yet called “Thing Called Love.”
Guest you’d most like to feature on your record?
Jack White!
Hardest thing about being in a band?
The hardest thing about being in a band is trying to balance 4 different opinions on everything and making sure everyone feels respected and heard.
Interesting fact about one of your members?
Our guitarist Victor Adriel is born and raised in Brazil! English is his second language.
Jokes you have in the band?
We have a million inside jokes! We even have a group chat where we make and send memes about each other.
Key to writing a song?
For me from time to time, the song comes out and it’s almost effortless. Those times are few and far between, but it’s such a good feeling and I can’t wait for that to happen! So, I’m always trying to come up with ideas (most of which never get used) all for hopes of the one that will eventually come out and turn into something I like!
Longest distance you’ve travelled to play a show?
Nashville to Los Angeles!
Most inspiring musician you’ve experienced?
I was able to hang out with Andrew Ferriss from INXS one night in Nashville. He wrote the majority of their catalogue along with Michael Hutchence. It was really cool to be able to talk song writing and music with him.
New band you’d recommend?
Maneskin is probably my favorite new band!
Opening for this band would be ideal?
Maneskin, The 1975, Mötley Crüe!
Place you’d most like to tour?
I would love to play in Italy.

Reason for the title of your forthcoming release?
The title “Hate Yourself” comes from the opening line and main part of the song, “Do you
hate yourself for loving me, as much as I loved you.”

The old days of music were better than the current, do you agree?
I agree in some ways, and some ways I don’t. There are a lot of amazing new artists, but I don’t feel like we have the same kind of iconic rock bands and rock stars like we did before.
Unusual merchandise?
Our dream piece of merchandise would be to have our own Lost Hearts branded pinball machine! For now, we’ll have to settle with shirts, keychains, pins and stickers.
Variations you’ like to do on one of your songs?
I would love to do an acoustic version of “Hate Yourself”
What do your fans mean to you?
Everything! Without fans the music really doesn’t matter, they make everything happen for the artist. No one wants to play to an empty room!
X-rays or any other treatments needed for band injuries?
I broke my wrist riding a dirt bike and had to have surgery, I missed a ton of shows and had to be in a cast for ten weeks. No more dirt bikes for me!
You’re late for a show, whose fault is it?
Anybody’s but mine! (haha)
