Q1 – Who is in your band?
Danny Garland, Josh Gallop, Kieran Gallop & Alexander Share are all members of our band.
Q2 – What is your take on your own sound?
It’s heavy, it’s hooky, it makes you feel dirty, it washes you clean again. We pull a lot of influences from various genres, and we try to brew them up into a lovely tea.
Q3 – If someone was listening to your music for the first time, what song would you tell them to listen to and why?
I’d say our latest single ‘You Don’t Drink A Unicorn’s Blood’ is a great representation of our band at this point, it pulls you in with the heavy riffs, plays with you in the verses, hooks you in the chorus, and punches you in the face the rest of the time.
Q4 – What is the plan for 2020?
We’re releasing our debut album ‘Royal Swan’ on the 3rd of July, which we are insanely proud of, it’s been the hardest yet most rewarding thing we’ve worked on in our lives and we really can’t wait for people to hear it. After that we will be waiting patiently for old covid to fuck off, then we’ll go tour it everywhere we can get to, maybe even the north pole if they’ll have us.
Q5 – What is the one song you wish you wrote?
Who Let The Dogs Out – The Baha Men
Good theme, and I never did find out who did let the dogs out…
Q6 – What three bands inspired or continue to inspire you the most?
I’m gonna go for currently…
QOTSA, The Cure, Mastodon
Q7 – Where can our readers see you live or listen to your music?
We’ll be announcing tour dates as soon as we can with the current pandemic holding things up, as for listening to us you can listen online on Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Amazon Music or alternatively invest in some beautiful physical music (and be the envy of all your mates) via our Bandcamp page vinyl / CD etc.
Q8 – If your band was an animal, what would it be and why?
Honey Badger – Honey Badger don’t give a fuck
