SpiritWorld – Helldorado
SpiritWorld will release new album Helldorado on March 21 through Century Media Records.
Frontman Stu Folsom said: “I am thrilled to share that our new album, Helldorado, will be available everywhere, March 21st. We took most of last year off from playing shows, to hunker down and make this record with Sam Pura at the infamous Panda Studios.”
Helldorado is the third chapter in SpiritWorld‘s infernal saga. Folsom has been building the SpiritWorld universe since 2020, beginning with the band’s debut, Pagan Rhythms, and second album Deathwestern, both released on Century Media.
“Godlessness leaves off in a cliffhanger where all the surviving characters have managed to arrive at a villa in Mexico near where a rumored gateway to hell is said to exist,” says Folsom.
“Helldorado is the first glimpse that fans will get into some of what is unfolding in the next novel that I am working on, that tells the story of what happens with these characters and the gates of hell.”

Streetlight – Night Vision

Streetlight will release new album Night Vision on March 14 through Frontiers Music S.R.L.
Frontman Johannes Häger said: “It’s been such a joy for us to record our sophomore album “Night Vision”.
“One could say that the stakes are higher now compared to the debut “Ignition”, but we felt there are still many untrodden paths for Streetlight, both musically but of course also career wise.
“We’re still looking back at the AOR heydays, but we’re not going back. The single “Captured In The Night” is a good example of this, we feel. It’s a great blend of Streetlight attitude with Streetlight melodies.”

Alien Weaponry will release new album Te Rā on March 28 through Napalm Records.
It is the New Zealand trio’s third album.
Vocalist/guitarist Lewis Raharuhi de Jong said: “We really stepped it up this time, as we understood that this album had to go further. We went through a lot of songs and scrapped entire sections of songs. We kept working them and working them until we got them right.
“Then, with the way we were pushing ourselves musically, I knew it was important to challenge myself lyrically as well. This time I delved into difficult emotional places and mental states. There’s a lot of existential dread running through the album, and I tried to find the right words to describe the indescribable.”
