Canadian pop punks Bearings have announced details of their new album! Blue In The Dark is set for release on October 12 through Pure Noise Records.
Frontman Doug Cousins says of the new record; “We went in with the plan of writing a dynamic record and I think we did that. I’ve always loved bands like Jimmy Eat World for not being afraid to try and write a record without boundaries musically. Myself and the guys wanted to replicate that attitude and approach to the writing of the record.”
On lead single Aforementioned, Cousins adds; “Sometimes it takes a couple rough nights to appreciate what and who you have in your life. Aforementioned is a reflection on the worst and best nights of this past year. You can’t have the ups without the downs and that’s something I’m learning to accept.”
