Most notably known for his work as bassist in everyone’s favourite pop-punk band Bowling for Soup, Erik Chandler has announced that his solo side project The Erik Chandler Band is set to release debut album The Truth on August 19!
The record consists of 13 tracks set to take the listener on a journey full of highs and lows and pays homage to some of the US’ greatest songwriters.
Erik had this to say of the record; “I’m very happy to finally release this album. It’s been a while in the works, and I’m excited to show another side of what I do musically. These are songs about me and my life, presented in the most honest and sometimes puzzling ways. Changes have been made to protect the innocent… Maybe.”
