Hell Hotel – Every Broken Part

Today’s track of the day comes from Hell Hotel with single Every Broken Part!

Hell Hotel are back with a new single in Every Broken Part.

Demi Jay said: “If someone was to ask me what Hell Hotel sounds like, I’d show them this song. ‘every broken part.’ really captures everything we’re about right now – it’s raw, energetic, and full of emotion.

“This track marks a new chapter for us, where we’re not holding back or trying to fit into any expectations. It’s sassy, honest, and unapologetically us, reflecting the sound we’ve always loved and the direction we want to take moving forward. We’re excited for people to hear it and connect with what we’re putting out there.”

Every Broken Part is an emo rock anthem, reminiscent of the early 2000s.

It takes inspiration from the likes of My Chemical Romance, Taking Back Sunday and The Used.

The song itself focuses on a toxic relationship and the emotional rollercoaster that can be felt during that time.

The track captures a mixture of feelings, from longing to shame and the fight between wanting to break free and staying with familiarity.

The dual vocals work well as they both compliment and contrast each other.

The visuals for the single are haunting and add to the themes of the song.

Hell Hotel has had a good start to their music journey. The Brighton-based duo have performed alongside the likes of Dreamstate, The Hara, Tropic Gold and Kid Brunswick.

They’ve also had airplay on multiple stations including Alyx Holcombe’s BBC Radio 1 Introducing rock show, with singles Smile and Jennifer’s Body both getting airtime.

The band has had support from BBC Introducing Sussex & Surrey.

On August 29, they will be playing at Burn It Down Festival, with a set at the Apple and Parrot.

This will be alongside the likes of Desolated and Mouth Culture.

After that, they will be playing Liverpool’s No Play Festival on September 6.
