Alternative metallers Black Coast have a brilliant single in Spirals.
The track is an outlet for the mental health struggles of Black Coast vocalist Charlie Hewitt.
Hewitt said: “Spiral is about when I go through daily battles of severe overthinking. It’s the conversations I’m having with myself from both sides. The good, bad and the things that don’t make any sense at all. It’s difficult to find a way out of this train of thought and it always has been for me.
“Spiral is born from this frustration of just not being able to function or feel like a human being sometimes. I hope that if you too feel the same sometimes, this song helps you forget for a few minutes.”
