London based grunge/punk quartet Vant have followed their performance at the sold-out NME Awards show by releasing the trippy video for new track Fly-By Alien. The track has been named as Radio 1’s Annie Mac’s Hottest Record in the World!
“FLY-BY ALIEN is about an extraterrestrial travelling through the universe to find a planet that can support life,” says vocalist/guitarist Mattie Vant. “The alien stumbles upon Earth and contemplates destroying the planet but instead leaves its residents with a transmission of hope: ‘You have a meaning, you have a purpose / This life is short, make sure it’s worth it.’”
