Shadow Hunters are a two piece goth-rock band hailing from West Norway. Formed in 2007, having only released three self-produced singles to date, the band have now started working on their debut album and are gearing up to release their first new single ‘Into Tomorrow’s Yesterday’.

Shadow Hunters describe themselves as “Modern Energetic Sci-Fi Rock”, and this isn’t a wholly inappropriate description. In the four minutes that make up ‘Into Tomorrow’s Yesterday’, Shadow Hunters merge captivating symphonic new-grave-meets goth rock instrumentation with powerful, anthemic vocals and visceral metal instilled guitar riffs; This combination of varying stylistic sonic elements has allowed Shadow Hunters to incarnate their music with transfiguring elevation and brooding dynamics. Even when the track slows down it is constantly threatening to explode again at any moment and in this way its enthralling blend of turbulence and tranquillity call to mind the sounds of bands such as 30STM, but given a raw, heavier edge.
