London alt-rockers Heel have finally released debut album The Parts We Save (March 4). The quartet said this about the release: “This album is a paradox. It’s the sum of different people and their different experiences but its utterly singular in its meaning. It’s constructed from all the pieces of our past that we hide from the world as desperately as we show them. It was as torturous to make as it was euphoric. By making this album we lost something very important to us, but we couldn’t be more happy about it.”
You can see the band bring the infectious album to life as they take to the stage for a one-off charity night on March 11 at The Borderline in London. All proceeds will go to CLIC Sargent.
“To celebrate the release of our debut album we’ve gathered some awesome friends to put on a show supporting the amazing CLIC Sargent. All proceeds will be going to CLIC Sargent so please come out and let us rock your faces off while supporting this incredibly worthy cause.” Say the band.
Tickets are priced at just £8 plus booking fee and can be bought here.
