Well we all know that those 5 lads in FVK are very hardworking, I mean even when they have days off, they’re still working! And a dedicated band deserves dedicated fans and that is definitely the case here! The tight-knit community of fans not only from the UK but also from various countries around the world come together for a lot of things to do with the band.
One fan, Sarah White, has been tirelessly working on an online campaign to get the band onto Warped Tour in the USA next year. She’s spent countless hours getting video footage and compiling a video montage from fans all across the world on why the band should be considered for Warped Tour 2016, which the band themselves put a solid performance in the UK version this October.
“This is a video from a collection of FVK fans from around the world, in which we would like to see FVK play in 2016 one of the greatest festivals in America, Warped Tour. This great festival allows bands to grow and become better known around the world. It’s a festival that is not just followed in America but everywhere many fans of music travel specifically to America to see their favourite bands live.”
Sarah says, “For the year 2016, we would love it to be the year of FVK, a band from the UK which work very hard and we as a fan base believe it’s time for them to play US Warped tour. They have a growing fan base in America, and we feel it’s time for them to enjoy what we do, to watch the brilliant live shows and for the chance to meet their favourite band. FVK have a dedicated fan base and we would like to see this grow across the world, for the name FVK to be chanted where ever they go. We believe Warped Tour is a great place to begin.
To see FVK announced on the bill of Warped Tour USA 2016 will mean the world to the fan base. It will make us feel so proud, to see a band we have followed and supported for years, playing one of the greatest festival tours of the world. We feel that the effort, hard work that FVK put into making music, the live shows, artwork, and music videos to all the fun stuff they do for us fans YouTube videos, and all the hard work put into their social media The Obsidian Bond. All the time they put into meeting every fan at every show, even the shows when fans are not old enough to get in, they will make every effort to meet them. For these reasons, we feel that it’s time for us fans to try and give something back.
We would like for this message to be heard and would love to see them play Warped Tour 2016.
