Following 8 years as a band, FVK announced earlier this month, they would be calling it a day following co-frontman Kier Kemp’s departure. Those who descended on Bridgend for Shield Fest on July 18th got a glimpse of what the band’s perofrmance without Kier (Kierless Vampire Killers if you will) would be like, but if you missed that, the band have one final show to play, which sees all five of them take to the stage for the final time!
The show is set to take place at the Underworld in Camden, London on October 30th (ooh early Halloween show anyone?!) and features support from Zoax and Ashestoangels!
The band say of the show; “It’s always difficult knowing how to close the book on something that was so important. Despite various emotions involved, we all agreed that we wanted to do the best by our fans and a fitting farewell was what was needed. So we’ll be doing this one show – with Kier too – at the Underworld in Camden. We can’t think of a better place than this as it’s been home to so many great shows for us! Expect an emotional and hopefully fun night all round complimented by the brilliant supports, all chosen by us from bands that have played a big part in our story. See you there!”
