State Champs returned to the UK for a set on the main stage at Reading and Leeds festival. In 2012, vocalist Nir Perlman and guitarists Guy Avnon and Shalev Grados formed the band in high school, later being joined by bassist Guy Chekarov during military service. Throughout the time period of their formation to 2014, the band juggled songwriting, relentless touring and military careers.
