Youth in Revolt think there’s Something In The Way You Move

Things have been very quiet on the Youth in Revolt front the past year or so following their stint on Warped Tour 2015, but a major line-up reshuffle seeing guitarist George Shrouder -who has joined Out Came the Wolves-, drummer Scott Baker and clean vocalist True Arahill all leaving. The band are now back with guitarist Chris Coletti, drummer Arvin Sarathy and clean vocalist Tanner Allen joining remaining founding members; guitarist/song-writer Alex Ramos and bassist/scream vocalist Kenny Torres.

Heck/Black Peaks @Clwb Ifor Bach, Cardiff

Okay, whoever thought of this tour is an absolute genius (someone give the guy/girl a medal!). There is bound to be chaos as I head to Cardiff's Clwb Ifor Bach for Heck and Black Peaks co-headline show.

Confessions of a Traitor – Illuminate

Overall this is a great record! The tracks are all individually brilliant and it is hard to find a weakness in this EP (well maybe the fact that it’s too short! But hey, it would be an album if it was any longer – hint hint guys!) I have a feeling this will transfer over really well live!

Towers think about what Could Have been

South Coast rockers Towers have released the second single from their forthcoming self-titled debut EP.

Area 11 announce UK tour

Bristol alt-rockers Area 11 have announced their biggest UK tour! The quartet have a massive following that puts many 'mainstream' artists to shame despite them exisiting 'under the radar' . Autumn Ruin – We Make Our Own Damn Luck

High Rise – Left It For Everything (LIFE)

I almost stopped writing this review as soon as I started. The temptation to start a pit in my room is too strong! The opening bars of Hands Untied sets the tone of the album, very heavy with some monster guitars and pounding drum/bass combo. The combination of harsh screams and smooth cleans mix well.

WSTR announce Red, Green or Inbetween

Liverpool's pop-punk starlets WSTR have announced their debut album Red, Green or Inbetween. However, the sad news is there's a wait yet as it is due for release on January 20, 2017!
