Despite having a somewhat polarizing line-up, the Deez Nuts ‘Word Is Bond’ tour was one of the biggest Alternative/Hardcore tour packages of 2015. On November 26th, the rambunctious line-up took over London’s Underworld, an iconic hub for both modern and classic punk music in our capital.

Outside the famous Koko venue, it appears Halloween has come early as the growing squad of men and women However, Tonight’s show at the small yet palatial London theatre, Black Metal outfit Cradle of Filth rounded off their first full UK run of dates in nearly a decade. In doing so, they demonstrated they still had their diehard fans and still had a big impact as they had for the 20-plus years they’ve been active.

Gaia Bleeds – Demo 2015

Seeming to have come from nowhere, a new release gaining a lot of widespread hype is the demo from a Scottish vegan straight edge band called Gaia Bleeds. However, I believe the hype is justified – an incredibly talented group, their demo consists of 3 tracks, all of which heavier and more packed with riffs and slams than the last.
