Brit deathcorers A Trust Unclean are releasing their debut label record Parturition on June 2 through Basic Records. We had a listen so read on to find out what we thought!
The title track Parturition opens with a melody akin to a horror movie before some frenzied riffs. It’s short but there is only a momentary pause before the riffs kick back up at the start of Dominion Over The Bone. It’s furious and the growls are in your face. To Encompass and Eclipse is brutal and closer Aetherius rounds the record off with a bang!
The type of growls through this record are not ones that I usually really enjoy, however, I could sit and listen to this record repeatedly as the vocals work very well with the intricate riffs and heavy breakdowns. There is some strong guitar work throughout the record and it is definitely one that I can see being amazing live!
