I’m A Mess has been a fan favourite since it was first released and with it’s punky feel, it’s not hard to see why! BFF ‘s chorus is a repetition of the line ‘best friends forever’ so if you aren’t quite down with the kids, you can thank Frank for giving you the meaning! Jokes aside, the track is calmer than its predecessor and the instrumental literally has you singing ‘best friends forever’. It’s catchy, not the strongest of songs, but catchy nonetheless.

The opening of No Fun Club contradicts it’s name by bringing a fun riff. There’s more screams and it’s over almost as soon as it’s begun at just 1 minute 34. You Are My Sunshine automatically makes me think of that cheesy happy-go-lucky song we used to sing as kids and that actually features in the track. With Frank singing it over a minimal drum beat, it adds an extra sense of gloom to the song, that’s more relatable to lives these days!

There is one huge issue with this EP and that’s the length, we just don’t hear enough of such a talented musician! Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m off to listen to my new favourite version of You Are My Sunshine on repeat!
