Rising rockers The Weeks have released their latest single Start It Up! The track is taken from their forthcoming record iEasyi which is set for release via Lightning Rod Records on April 7.
TeamRock premiered the track and called it; “riotous Southern-tinged rock with the sorts of hooks which would’ve turned a young Springsteen green with envy.”
We think that statement sums it up well!
The quartet, comprised of twins Cyle and Cain Barnes on vocals and drums respectively, bassist Damien Bone and Sam Williams on guitar and vocals, formed in high school in Mississippi, releasing debut EP Dog Days, ten years on, they have toured worldwide with the likes of Kings Of Leon, who even set up their own label to put out the band’s records because they liked them that much!
