What is your favourite song you’ve written?

It’s got to be ‘Sing For Something’.

What inspired the song?

I was just messing around one day and a riff came out of nowhere. 30 minutes later the song was written. I usually find that the easier the song is to write, the better it tends to be.

What is it about the track that makes it so special to you?

It’s all about being passionate about something. Which is so important – For me it’s about being determined to play music. I talk about my worries and my hopes. My favourite line is ‘You got to build before you fall’, which means to me that you will never know until you try and you can’t fail or succeed if you haven’t even tried yet. It’s a great song to summarise our newest EP! We are determined more than ever to make this work. Hopefully people can apply it to their passions and give them that little push to fulfil them.
