You may remember back last year we ran the news of Clue Records’ new Clue Club (if not, reminder is here).
Well we can bring you the first new release of the monthly singles venture with a double-A side! The tracks come from Leeds based Fighting Caravans and Colour Of Spring!
Fighting Caravans‘ It’s A Nice Ride (To Be Fair) was the first track to be released through Clue Club back in January this year and is a fierce yet melodic track that gives a nod to the likes of Nick Cave, The Last Shadow Puppets and The Walker Brothers.
Colour Of Spring‘s Frail takes fragile vocals and shoegaze anthem, encapsulating a broken heart and became the second release in February. Clue Club members received a 16-page zine featuring both bands each month.
You can join Clue Club for just £28.99 a year (including free postage and packaging here). Some perks of joining include a monthly 16 page zine that is curated and created by the band who’s release is featured that month, a t-shirt, a tote bag, a compilation CD and lots of other discounts and perks! There are only 100 places available in the club and over half have already gone!
