Nottingham alt-rockers Catch Fire have revealed their new single Heist! The track is taken from the band’s anticipated forthcoming debut album Karma Owes Me A Lifetime Of Happiness (November 16, Rude Records).

Drummer Ash Wain explains of HeistHeist is a song about depression and mental health. Heist is a metaphor for the depression breaching into your mind and sanity, and taking everything you have. It’s about comparing everyone else’s seemingly happy state to yours, and the envy and sadness that can bring. Lyrically, it’s a spilling of thoughts about my own mental health, and my journey to finding the happy person I once was again”
